The Rabbit Senses
Vision
A rabbit can see in every direction. A rabbit can see an approaching predator and look for an escape. Bright lights hurt rabbit eyes. Rabbits don't see in every color. Sunset is the best time for rabbit vision.
Hearing:
A rabbit's strongest sense is their hearing. Rabbits can hear pretty much in our range. They can also hear much higher pitched sounds. They can hear rodents, bats, bugs, some bird noises. Rabbits can hear lots of electrical sounds we can’t hear. Rabbit's ears are their heating and cooling system. The position of a rabbit's ears is important in rabbit language.
Smell:
The twitch of a rabbits noise is very characteristic and very inportant to there survival. It is also there second strongest sense. Rabbits have about 50,000 scent receptors in their nose. Rabbits are constantly moving their nose, sniffing the air. This is called nose blinking.
Taste:
A rabbit has approximately 17,000 taste buds. They seem to tolerate bitter greens, such as dandelion, but they also enjoy fruits that are very sweet, but only feed them fruit as a treat. Sometimes rabbits can be picky about the foods that they eat.
Touch:
Rabbits have whiskers that are as long as them. These help them measure passage ways in the dark. Rabbits are very sensitive to touch, so handle with care.

What Beginners Need For Bunnies
What will beginners need to have for a bunny? You will need a bunny water bottle, bunny food, and hay. You will need a hutch or a cage with a removeable bottom and newspaper for the cage. Bunny needs a pinecone or stick to chew on to dull down it's teeth. You might want to grow some treats for your bunny, but don't give them to him everyday! Try not to buy store bought treats because they are not as healthy as fruits or vegetables are. You need lots of time for your bunny to love and cuddle and play. Bunnies may be some work, but at the end of the day they are really worth it!

Storm's Adventure to The Front Yard
So, this is how it started, Storm was hopping around the house. I was playing the Xbox, my dad was reading and my brother was in his room on his computer. None of us knew the door to the garage was open. Even worse- the door from the garage to the big outside was open too. We realized Storm was missing after we saw the doors were open. We looked everywhere inside our house, but we didn't find Storm. We went outside and called him, "Buuunnnzzzzy?" and he came running around the corner. He wouldn't let us catch him, so I ran inside and got a carrot tip. He played keep away for a few more minutes, but finally couldn't resist the greenery. I'm so glad we found him. An owl could have eaten him.

Storm's First Outfit
I have to say it was easy to get it on but it was hard to take the picture. I just had to keep feeding him carrot tips.

Bunnies Aren't All Fun And Games
Some things you have to do to take care of a bunny, is you have to clean their cage every 3 days or so. You have to clip his/her nails every month or when ever they get sharp. You have to groom them regularly. But the fun part is there excersise because you get to play with your bunny. You could build an obstacle course, you could stack boxes for a bunny playground, or if you have 2 bunnies, they could race.
